We guarantee your satisfaction with all Nature Balance Wellness products. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return any of our products but you must first contact Nature Balance Wellness with your concerns/reasons for the return. DO NOT ship the products back unless you are specifically requested to do so by Nature Balance Wellness. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after the damaged or defective products are returned. However, please first notify Nature Balance Wellness of the defective or damaged products and DO NOT ship anything back to us unless your have been requested to do so by Nature Balance Wellness. If some of the products were obviously damaged due to mistreatment of the box by the delivery service, please keep all of the original packaing and broken items. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Returned products that show up at our offices without first contacting Nature Balance Wellness for the reason of their return are not subject to these policies and may not be refunded and/or replaced.

Product and Service Availability

THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Nature Balance Wellness cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the Site will be available when ordered or thereafter. The Site contains information about the availability of inventory of Canadian merchandise. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out or of diminished inventory by the time your order is processed. However, if an item is in your shopping cart when you place your order is sold out at the time your order is processed, we will notify you by e-mail that your order will not be filled or can only be filled for a lesser quantity and your credit card will then credited for this amount.
